Before you book with us, take a minute to read through this. It covers how we work, what you can expect, and what we expect from you too.
Our Services
We’re Power Wash Wesley Chapel, and we handle residential and commercial pressure washing all over town, Seven Oaks, Meadow Pointe, Wiregrass Ranch, you name it. Roofs, driveways, fences, siding. Honestly, if it’s outside and it’s dirty, we’ve probably cleaned something like it before. Small job or big one, doesn’t change how we treat your property.
Estimates and Quotes
Call us and we’ll ask a few quick questions to give you a fair price. That number can change once we actually see the property. Sometimes there’s more buildup than expected, or access is trickier than it sounded on the phone. Either way, we’ll confirm the final price with you before touching anything.
Payment Terms
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want the job done right. If something got missed or just doesn’t sit well with you, give us a call within 48 hours and we’ll come back and fix that spot, no charge. That guarantee doesn’t stretch to stuff like old paint already peeling or siding that was cracked long before we showed up. That’s wear and tear, not something we caused.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Life happens. Just give us 24 hours’ heads up if you need to cancel or push your appointment back.
Florida storms don’t check the calendar. If bad weather hits on your scheduled day, we’ll call and get you rebooked as soon as we can.
What We Need From You
A little prep on your end makes the job go faster:
- Clear a path to whatever we’re cleaning
- Move pets, cars, or anything valuable out of the way first
- Tell us upfront about any damage or fragile spots on the property
Limitation of Liability
We’re careful, but we can’t take responsibility for damage that was already there before we arrived, things like old paint or siding that was loose to begin with. Got a concern about something specific? Just mention it before we start and we’ll take a closer look. We may also take photos before starting the job. This helps us keep a record of any damage that existed beforehand.
Insurance
Power Wash Wesley Chapel carries liability insurance. So if anything unexpected happens mid-job, you’re covered.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, with Pasco County as the governing jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We’ll update this page now and then as things change on our end. Sticking around and using our services after an update just means you’re fine with it.
